Marc Camille Chaimowicz’s kitchen apron presents more than a nod to the artist’s body of work, which stretches from the 1960s to his death in 2024. The kitchen staple encapsulates in its totality his celebration of domesticity, which he considered an art form in itself. In a departure from a typical apron design, the textile decoration is pre-conceived to fit the precise shape of the apron and its two pockets.
